This game is the ultimate in customization. You have shooting COD style, combined with Elder Scrolls and Mass Effect Armour calibrations, its like one big awesome thing. I can't put it into words how much this game flicked my switch.
MAY 17th, that is not a long ways away, its going to be a heck of a stellar game.
The place that this game all happens is on a giant floating city called "The Ark". It is set in the near future filled with scientists making the vision of reality. Then global warming happens and yada, yada, yada and so on. The refugees struggle to survive on the dwindling resources and have to create factions to survive. Its a post-apocalyptic dream world.
Interestingly enough this game has a new type of system to get around, using the basis of SMART (Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain). The system evaluates where you are trying to go and makes its happen by vaulting over objects or sliding down a pipe or something like that. It is basically Parkour but in a giant video game world.
Though the game is not in space, sadly, it is one of the best games I have seen so far.
It is coming out on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
